Freshly made filled bread using Wellington Sourdough round bread, these filled breads are a celebration of comfort and flavour. Perfect for sharing (or not!), each loaf is generously packed with cheese and a delicious blend of sweet, savoury, and aromatic additions.

You choose your cheese:

🧈 Soft Cheese – gooey and indulgent
🧀 Hard Cheese – rich and nutty
💙 Blue Cheese – bold and tangy

We stuff each sourdough with your choice of cheese, mix in a variety of crunchy nuts, sweet cranberries, and a touch of Provençal herbs, then top it all with a flavourful cheese paste for extra melt and golden crust.

To serve:
Pop it in the oven at 200°C for 10–15 minutes, and voilà – a warm, bubbling centre and crispy crust, ready to enjoy.
