PAYMENT

Payment can be made via Creditcard. Please contact us for Bank Transfer.

DELIVERY

Wellington City and Petone orders will be dispatched every Wednesday and Friday considering our stocks. (Please allow a minimum of 24h between order and delivery).

We use PBT Couriers for the nationwide delivery of our products and we aim to have orders sent out the same day as payment has been received.

We don’t process orders over the weekend and we don't ship internationally.

Delivery for Wellington City and Petone $50 orders and over : Free

Delivery for Wellington City and Petone orders under $50: $5

North Island delivery Order weight ≤15kg : $15

South Island Order weight ≤15kg : $20

Click & Collect : Free

For an order superior to 15kg please contact the Deli.

It may happen that some items are no longer available. We will always try to find an alternative or will process a refund as soon as possible. You will always be notified.

CANCELLATION & REFUND:

If for any reason you need to cancel some or part of your order you must contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
