Tasting notes: For this cheese our cheesemakers add crushed garlic cloves and dried chives to the Gouda curds. The Chives & Garlic Gouda is matured for 2 to 5 months. It develops a fresh and mild flavour, our customers describe it as very “moreish”. The green speckles from the chives and its creamy texture make it an attractive cheese for cheeseboards.
