Tarte au Munster

Ingredients:

2 rolls of puff pastry

1 Munster

250 g potatoes

150 g  heavy cream

2 or 3 eggs

150 g bacon

1 onion

Cumin


Preparation:

Cover a pie dish with 1 roll of puff pastry and prick with a fork.

Rinse the potatoes. Cut into slices.

Pour the cream in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and some cumin. Add the whole eggs and mix.

Fry the onions  and bacon cut into strips.

Cut the Munster into strips.

Lay all the potatoes at the bottom of the pie. Cover with onions and bacon. Then cover with Munster strips.

Pour the eggs and cream mixture over.

Place the second roll of puff  pastry over the pie. Them seal and flute the edges.

Bake in oven gas mark 7 (240°) for 35 minutes.

Serve hot with salad.
